Lost and Found

If you have forgotten an item of hand baggage or any other possession onboard an Air France aircraft, in a waiting room or at a check-in counter, then follow these steps to find out how to get them back.

Onboard an Air France aircraft or at an Air France check-in count

As soon as you arrive at your destination, go to an Air France counter or to one of our agents.

If you only notice your loss later, then contact the lost and found department in your country of residence.

Remember to:

- give your first and last name, permanent address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address,

- give the date and place where you lost the object (flight number if appropriate),

- describe your lost property accurately.

If your item was lost in an airport located in Romania

In order to find an item lost in the public area the airport situated in Bucharest, contact the lost property department of the airport in question:

If your item was lost in an airport located outside Romania

Contact the lost property department of the airport in question.
