Airport check-in
Save time at the airport by checking in and printing your boarding pass at a Self-Service Kiosk.
No matter how you check in, be sure to respect the Check-In Deadline for your flight. After this deadline, you can no longer check in. Depending on your destination and departure airport, this deadline varies from 15 to 90 minutes before departure time.
Self-Service Kiosks
How to use Self-Service Kiosks
Insert your Flying Blue card or a credit or debit card held in your name (even if the card was not used to pay for your ticket), or enter your electronic ticket number or reservation number. At certain kiosks, you can also identify yourself by scanning your passport.
Once the system has identified you:
- the Self-Service Kiosk will retrieve your electronic ticket from our database,
- you can confirm your seat or choose another seat on the cabin map,
- the kiosk will print your boarding pass.
If you need to check in your baggage, simply take it to the "baggage drop-off" counter.
Practical information
You can check in using a Self-Service Kiosk:
- on the day of your flight, up to the Check-In Deadline,
- alone or in a group,
- with or without baggage,
- with a special fare* (a document justifying the special fare will be requested before boarding),

With Self-Service Kiosks, you can also:

- verify that your Flying Blue card number has been registered for your flight,
- reserve and purchase a Seat Plus**, in order to have more legroom in the Voyageur cabin (see the conditions for booking a Seat Plus),
