Clamato and its fish bar

Clamato is the simply best-value restaurant for eating fish in Paris.

Located on busy Rue de Charonne, Clamato is the latest establishment from Bertrand Grébaut, owner of Septime, ranked one of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World, and the equally famous La Cave. Clamato is a modern, atypical restaurant where you can lunch perched on a high stool or sit at small intimate tables for a heart-to-heart with friends or a tête-à- tête between lovers.

Clamato is dedicated to fish and crustaceans, and has a fish-bar concept. This means you can try a variety of raw specialities, like the succulent black mullet ceviche, served with musky marrow and coriander. Do not miss out on the famous Galician sea urchins or for that matter, the bonito tataki and Buddha's hand and tamarind. The menu changes regularly depending on the season and whatever is fresh that day.
